Signed and dated 1659. In folio, contemporary limp vellum, one blank, 56 numbered leaves of text plus 7 (folding) manuscript maps.
Rare, signed & dated manuscript document (in one map only) used in XVII Flanders to establish the rent each farmer had to pay annually. Made by the “lantmeter der Stede van Gendt”” by order of Jor Winant de la Jonckheere, Sleydynghe ende Lovendeghem (= NW of Gendt). Character of this manuscript document is determined by its completeness, its precision and the beauty of its maps. The document jumps straight out of XVII century history.

Sin lugar, sin fecha (Lima, 1742?). Comparese: Palau, 178462-3 para el ejemplar publicado). In folio, pergamino de epoca con titulo en manuscrito a la espalda, (2 hojas) 124 folios (1 hoja en blanco). Texto en una sola mano, bien elegible y completo. Picado en las partes iniciales y finales del libro sin afectar la eligibilidad.
Manuscrito, posiblemente el original, del libro escrito por “Victoriano Montero del Aguila, natural de Lima, cadete, corrigidor de la Ciudad y Provincia de Piura y Capitan de Guardia de una de las Compañias del Virrey de Lima“ segun un texto adicional en la portada. El libro fue publicado (Palau, V, pp228) bajo el mismo titulo en Madrid el 30 de abril 1747 (47 Folios), pero no figura ejemplar en el Patrimonio Bibliografico y no he podido ubicar otro ejemplar.

Latin Manuscript on paper. Collegio Romani, Rome 1836/1837. 172 pp, 20 nn lvs of which 14 are blank, 5 folding sheets with illustrations. In quarto, contemporary carton & paper binding (soiled).
Written in one fine and legible hand (Notes (elaborations) in the margin by the same hand. Possibly lacking text at the end of part V: Mechanica coelestis = blank leaves. Excellent condition. Text book for beta sciences, dealing with (6 chapters on) : statica, dynamica, hydrostatica; hydrodinamica, mechanica coelestis & synopsis opticae.
